Noelle Ritter ATC, CSCS, MES

Philosophy

I aim to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. I love pointing people toward becoming independent, pain free and functional according to their specific goals, whether that’s running a local race or climbing stairs after surgery. My training sessions are learning experiences. I expect my clients to ask questions about the program we build together in order to learn how to take control of their health independently.

Client Base

While my back ground is in injury rehab and Athletic Training, I enjoy working with an elderly population just as much as I do the athletic population. No matter what age we are, we can always be thinking about prevention and the next step toward health and function. My certifications and experience allow me to work with special populations and disease management (orthopedic and neurological). I am also trained in program building for strength and agility. I am a teacher by nature and enjoy educating my client about their bodies.

Heather Crivellone – Personal Trainer and Aquatic Instructor

Philosophy

I believe that “healthy” is not a number on a scale, or a number on your jeans. It’s not a “strict diet” of no carbs, no fat, no fun, but it is a balance of moderation. “Healthy” is also trying new things that challenge both your body and mind, while having a positive attitude and outlook on life. As a trainer, my goal is to help my clients find a balance in their own lives to incorporate fitness and fun (because fitness CAN be fun!) My job as a trainer is to keep my clients accountable. I take pride in watching my clients hit their goals, whether that is increasing their cardio endurance to run their first 5K, gaining strength in areas they didn’t think were possible, fitting into those “skinny” jeans post pregnancy, or just sticking to a routine that they have never done before. All are goals, big or small, and I take pride in helping everyone hit those milestones!

Devin Murphy – Personal Trainer

Philosophy

As a personal trainer, I aim to motivate my clients to build a healthy lifestyle and continue that lifestyle for many years. Training isn’t all about the way you look physically. More importantly, it is about the way it makes you feel participating in day-to-day activities. I pride myself in fun, enjoyable, yet challenging workouts tailored to each person and his or her specific needs. No two individuals are the same, just like no two programs are the same. I treat each training session not only as a workout, but also as a time to educate clients about why and how each exercise is beneficial. I believe that a specific exercise program, coupled with a well-balanced diet, is capable of accomplishing any goal you may have.

I’ve worked with clients with goals including general weight loss, general strength, injury prevention and injury recovery, as well as sport-specific athletes. I take pride in having fun and building a relationship in the weight room while working towards your goals.
