The Roseville Health & Wellness Center has successfully helped tens of thousands of patients achieve healthier lifestyles since opening in 2000. We offer a wide array of Medical Services to help support the needs of our clients including Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Wellness Podiatry, Comprehensive Laser and Aesthetic Services, Chiropractic Care, and Massage Therapy.

Sacramento Spine & Physical Therapy offers a state-of-the-art outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. The clinic specializes in manual therapy and clinical exercise, using a wide range of treatment approaches and specialized equipment.
By emphasizing one-on-one hands on care from an experienced physical therapist, our goal is to achieve total health and recovery for all patients.
Insurance
We proudly accept and are providers for all large PPO’s, Medicare, Workers Comp, Hills Physician Network HMO, Sutter Managed Care and Personal Injury. If you have any questions regarding insurance benefits, a Sac Spine representative can verify insurance coverage.
Hours
We offer extended hours of operation to accommodate patients who are working. Our clinic is open from 7-7 M-F. We offer complimentary childcare for patients with small children.
Referral Form
Most insurance companies require a physician’s referral for physical therapy. You can print the enclosed form and take it to your MD appointment.

Massage Therapy

Natalie incorporates many styles of massage to create a session that meets your specific needs. Her styles include Swedish Spa Style, Sport massage, Deep Tissue and Craniosacral. With 20 plus years of experience you are getting a experienced therapist who loves her work.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
CST is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Swedish Spa Style
Just like it sounds. A more relaxing type of massage using long strokes and medium-deep pressure without the stretching of Sport Massage or elbows of Deep Tissue massage. Most people fall asleep.
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain optimal condition, also helps athletes recover from workouts and injuries. Can involve stretching and participation of movement during treatment, not a sleeping massage.
Pricing Information
Sessions are created for each individual and blended therapies are administered upon request.
Sessions are offered to adults, children, and expecting mothers.
60 minute session – $80.00
90 minute session – $110.00
