This class is designed to help increase your cardiovascular health and endurance while using water resistance to tone and define the body. This class is great for seniors who are any size or fitness level!
This beginning level class is designed for those members new to water and exercise environments. Participants will work joint mobility and integrity with no impact or jarring. This slower rate of intensity will help reduce injury, yet improve muscular strength and endurance. Noodles may be used for floatation, not resistance training.
A supervised exercise program in the pool designed to prepare women for the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and post-partum, to develop stamina and strength for labor and delivery and to restore muscle tone after their baby is born. The classes are also an excellent opportunity to socialize and share experiences with other expecting mothers.

Participants typically experience less physical discomfort, less complicated delivery, and enjoy a quicker recovery.

Graduate from Arthritis Basic when you’re ready to add additional walking and resistive movement, while maintaining joint mobility and integrity with no impact or jarring. This class includes an endurance segment up to 20 minutes. Noodles may be used for floatation, not resistance training.
Participants will enjoy the core strengthening properties that deep water offers by using floatation belts in the deep end, This mostly vertical-based format allows for incredible core work and large muscle group recruitment; which means you burn more calories! Participants must be comfortable completely suspended in 7 feet of water for the entire class.
The running technique & speed agility program is designed to enhance performance and prevent injury in young athletes. Participants will learn to improve straight ahead and lateral speed, balance, coordination, power, explosiveness, strength, endurance, preconception and flexibility. The drills will progress from simple to complex and easy to hard.
