Breathe Just a Little Deeper
Members have access to the full-sized heated pool in the Aquatic Center. Various classes throughout the day are offered to complement your fitness program and to accommodate your busy schedule. For those members who prefer to work out independently, the pool is available for open use over sixty hours per week.

The indoor salt water pool is heated to provide an environment that is easy on joints while providing an excellent overall body workout. We offer a variety of aqua-aerobic classes, rehabilitation programs, pre-natal exercise and senior exercise classes, as well as open and family swim times.

After your workout, leave the stress of the day behind in our luxurious whirlpool spa! Our Aquatic Center makes it easy for you to unwind.

Pool Temperatures

The pool is kept at 88 degrees allowing for optimal cardiovascular challenge while still keeping joints adequately warmed.
