I love learning about the human body. I believe each person should be educated about their health so they can personally take action upon it. My goal is to give my clients the instruction and tools they need to become successful in regaining or keeping their health.
With today's growing medical conditions, weight frustration and injury, an excitement for health is vital for success. I love it when my clients reach a point of confidence that they can continue exercising on their own. That means I've done my job right.
Passion and Excellence. in all things.
The first step in a successful client-trainer relationship is commitment. Whether they are post-operative patients trying to regain function or merely frustrated with their weight- the program revolves around the client being committed, and myself providing instruction and accountability. Second, with every client, I get to the root of the problem instead of just bandaging the symptoms with a generic workout. Each exercise I give should have a purpose to the individual's needs and goals. Thirdly, we set realistic goals together that will work within one's family/work/school lifestyle.

My passion with personal training really began when I realized that there are so many people suffering from chronic diseases. When I learned that these debilitating conditions could be prevented by simply engaging in physical activity, I made the decision that I wanted to be part of the movement that gets people moving and attaining a higher quality of life. It is vital that exercise become a part of all our daily lives. I believe that people exercise for many different reasons. Some do so to lose weight. Some participate to train for competitions. Others participate because it is essential in their treatment plan. As a trainer I will help you set and reach your personal goals. In addition, I believe in identifying any risk factors and helping you eliminate or modify them.
Through exercise and positive lifestyle habits, everyone can achieve a higher quality of life and decreased chance of suffering from chronic diseases.
It all starts with goals. Some people just have a harder time reaching them. I enjoy working with people who need the guidance to accurately assess and plan the exercise regimen. As a trainer, I will guide you on a path that includes initial assessment, goal setting, exercise training that is progressive, and reassessment to ensure you are reaching your goals. No matter your age or background, I am confident that together we can help you achieve a higher quality of life.

I have been life coaching in the Roseville, Granite Bay area for the past 5 years. I am the mother of two teenage boys who attend Granite Bay High School. Along with my coaching business, I teach elementary and junior high school. I have always wanted to work in the helping field and I have found that coaching is my true calling. Coaching begins with discovering what my clients’ goals are, creating an action plan and then seeing them through and achieving those goals. It’s amazing to see how my clients become more confident as they take small steps towards discovering their purpose and finding fulfillment. I coach with compassion, empathy, encouragement, accountability, motivation and even humor when needed! My coaching includes supporting clients through a divorce, relationship coaching, career changes and creating a new and healthy lifestyle. I am very excited to join the RHWC family and be a part of an amazing team!
