Proper sports nutrition is essential for maximizing athletic performance. The physical stress that the body endures while training for sports or other physical activities is immense. An athlete’s body needs to acquire and sustain optimal levels of macro and micronutrients to ensure peak performance. Food is energy, more so real food is great energy! Almost every human being in today’s world is nutrient deficient. This includes: vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and other trace elements. Superb athletic performance requires hormonal balance in order to fulfill the energy and physical demands that are placed on the athlete’s body and mind. I will both educate and coach the athlete by utilizing individualized and highly comprehensive nutrition and supplementation. You are what you eat! Let me help you accelerate and maintain elite conditioning and performance in your sport and physical activities.
